We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide administrative support to the HR department, help manage recruitment and onboarding workflows, maintain confidential employee records, and serve as a helpful point of contact for employee inquiries.

• 1–2 years of experience in an HR or administrative support role (or equivalent education in Human Resources or Business).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace; experience with HRIS or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive, confidential information.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.

• Assist with recruitment efforts, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. Coordinate new hire onboarding, including orientation, processing paperwork, and system setup.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date physical and digital employee records in our HRIS. Support routine benefits administration and process time off or leave requests.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding general company policies and HR procedures.
• Handle confidential workforce data with strong discretion and regulatory compliance.

Administrative Assistant supports daily office operations, customer service, staff coordination, and record management to ensure efficient service delivery.

The role operates within the Administration department and reports to the Operations Manager or Managing Director.

• Candidates require a KCSE Certificate or a relevant diploma/degree in Business Administration along with computer proficiency.

The Customer Experience Assistant will be responsible for ensuring customers receive a professional, responsive, and consistently positive experience throughout their interaction with the cleaning company. The role involves handling customer inquiries, coordinating service requests, following up on customer satisfaction, resolving complaints, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

The successful candidate will act as a key link between customers, cleaning teams, supervisors, and management to ensure cleaning services are delivered efficiently, professionally, and according to agreed customer expectations.

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Customer Care, Public Relations, Communications, or Business Administration.
• At least 2 years of proven experience in customer support, front office, or client coordination.
• Exceptional phone etiquette, active listening, and clear written communication skills.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, spreadsheet reporting, and email management.
• High empathy, emotional intelligence, and calm composure under busy conditions.

• Handle incoming client inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and live website channels.
• Schedule site assessments and coordinate cleaning teams with field supervisors.
• Perform post-service feedback calls to track client satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly.
• Prepare weekly customer experience reports and retention analysis for management.

The Cleaning Supervisor is responsible for overseeing cleaning operations, supervising cleaning staff, maintaining high service standards, and ensuring that client premises are consistently clean, hygienic, safe, and well maintained.

• Diploma or Certificate in Hospitality, Environmental Health, Facility Management, or equivalent.
• Minimum 2-3 years proven supervisory experience in a reputable cleaning or facility management company.
• In-depth knowledge of industrial cleaning chemicals, dilution ratios, and safety protocols.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Swahili.

• Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning assignments across allocated commercial and residential sites.
• Conduct rigorous quality assurance inspections and enforce hygiene standards.
• Train new cleaning stewards on machinery operations, chemical safety, and company SOPs.
• Manage on-site consumables inventory and ensure timely equipment maintenance.

Drive revenue growth, key account management, and corporate client acquisition for commercial and industrial cleaning contracts.

• Minimum 3 years in a direct B2B sales capacity within commercial cleaning, facility management, or hospitality supplies.
• Diploma or Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related commercial field.
• Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quarterly revenue targets.
• Presentable, highly persuasive, and equipped with excellent verbal and negotiation skills.
• Valid driving license and local territory network knowledge is a plus.

• Identify, prospect, pitch, and close service agreements with commercial clients.
• Conduct client site surveys to generate accurate, competitive commercial quotations.
• Manage key corporate client accounts and drive renewals and customer retention.
• Coordinate with the operations team for seamless service onboarding.

Provide top-tier professional cleaning services across residential and commercial premises with high attention to hygiene and safety.

• KCSE certificate or equivalent secondary qualification.
• Must be between 18-35 years old.
• Training or certification in First Aid / Health & Safety is an added advantage.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of modern cleaning chemicals and dilution ratios.
• Highly punctual, detail-oriented, trustworthy, and physically fit.

• Perform routine site cleaning, floor care, and deep sanitation procedures.
• Maintain cleaning machinery, tools, and chemical stock inventory responsibly.
• Adhere to company quality control protocols and client on-site guidelines.
• Report any maintenance needs or supply replenishment requirements promptly.
